Membership Cancellation Policy

Members have a 5-day grace period from their billing date to cancel their membership and receive a full refund if no membership benefits have been used. If membership benefits have been used, or after the 5-day grace period, cancellations are eligible for 100% Birdies account credit. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges.

Membership No-Show and Reservation Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may be charged at the applicable public rate and may result in loss of membership privileges to ensure fair access for all members. 

Reservations canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.  Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will receive 100% Birdies account credit. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. Booking credits must be used within 6 months of issuance.
