Membership Cancellation Policy

Members have a 5-day grace period from their billing date to cancel and receive a full refund, provided no membership benefits have been used. If any membership benefits are used during the 5-day grace period, including tee time bookings, facility access, guest privileges, discounts, or other membership perks, the membership is no longer eligible for a refund and will instead receive 100% Birdies account credit upon cancellation. After the 5-day grace period, all cancellations are eligible for 100% Birdies account credit only. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges.

Member Reservation Courtesy Policy:

We ask that members cancel reservations at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions at Birdies’ discretion to ensure fair access for all members.

Reservations canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will receive 100% Birdies account credit for future use. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or account credits. Booking credits must be used within 6 months of issuance.
